We invite you to join us for the 2010 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC 2010) in Austin, Texas on May 3-6 at the Hilton-Austin downtown. The theme for 2010 is Innovative and Integrated Applications of Instrumentation and Measurement. Your display of products and/or services would be a welcome addition to the conference!
We are accepting “table-top” booth applications (no pipe-and-drape) on a space available basis. Exhibit displays will be housed in the pre-function area near registration for maximum visibility. Space allocated per table-top display is approximately 8’ x 8’. Please complete and return the attached application via email or fax to the number shown on the application. We will contact you to confirm your space.
Conference highlights:
- Expect to see 500 measurement professionals from a broad cross section of industry, academia, government labs, and consultants—more than half the attendees are international. Attendees include researchers, key standards makers, developers, and users within the instrumentation and measurement community.
- Conference Keynote Address by a recognized leader in the field.
- A 3-day technical program that is a mixture of oral paper and poster presentations.
- Social events that provide ample opportunities to meet attendees.
Conference venue:
- All technical program and exhibitions are housed within the Hilton-Austin, located in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas.
- Three days of exhibits, May 4-6, 2010.
Host city:
- Austin is the capitol of Texas. Non-stop flights are available from 34 major US cities into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Frequent flights to Dallas and Houston make Austin easily accessible from major international airports.
- Austin and the surrounding metro areas are home to many high-technology companies involved with semiconductors, computers, and instrumentation and measurement.
- The state capitol, restaurants, museums, and varied entertainment possibilities are located nearby.
Pricing:
- Cost: $800
- Display booth reservations are only accepted with a 100% payment. Preferred method of payment is via credit card, although checks will also be accepted.
Exhibit Area:
- Located in the pre-function area near registration for maximum visibility.
- All coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit area in order to ensure maximum traffic.
